Front levers
I recently achieved a solid advanced tucked front lever. I struggle to keep my feet out but it's getting easier each session. I find the back lever is a lot harder for me. I'm going to start to attempt straddle levers next month or so. I can do front lever negatives. But I'm working on holding a full lever for at least 2 secs. I have advanced tucked down for an easy 10 secs but I don't have the strength for a straddle yet.

Re: Front levers
Nice work! The straddle front lever varies in difficulty for each person because the more flexible you are the less weight is out in front of you. As an additional progression you can gradually straighten the legs from the advanced tuck position.
