Hey everyone,

My name's Mike Squires. I'm currently a sophomore on the men's gymnastics team at the University of Oklahoma in Norman, OK in the USA. In college I've gone from doing all six events to specializing on the rings. I have extensive experience with the rings and I'm trying to compete for an individual gold at the NCAA Championships later this month. I recently discovered Ring Fraternity through youtube and thought I could definitely contribute to helping out people and giving advice for the most physically demanding sport in the world. I look forward to getting more involved with this group!
